SMETICS In-Door-Cycling Class class is up and running.

We have a great facility this year and may be our best location yet! We have plenty of room and if you have never attended a NISPIN class we hope you'll give it a try! Just let someone know your new and we'll give you a helping hand!

Weekly Classes
Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

We DO plan to hold a Turkey Day In-Door-Cycling Class Class starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. Normal class time on Saturday.

The classes are located at the Old Drug Town by Hy-Vee East on South Illinois Avenue in Mason City.

Please give thanks to Trace Kading, Store Manager at Hy-Vee East for allowing us to use the facilities. So, don't forget to grab your butterball while shopping at Hy-Vee East.
