'SMETICS' Indoor Cycling

Tracy Kading, HyVee East, has generously offered the use of basically our old space from the 2007-2008 indoor season. The entry will be a bit different (through the old Allstate office), and there will be restrooms and changing facilities. Our goal is to start on Tuesday, Nov. 3. More information will be coming out in the next couple of weeks, but the format will be similar to other years.

Thank Tracy when you see him. This is very good news, as we were coming to a dead end on other spots for indoor cycling.

A membership form for the NITC, NISPIN and MC2 is attached. Please fill out prior to coming to the SMETICS Indoor Cycling Class.

2009-2010 SMETICS Indoor Cycling

Weekly Classes:

Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Saturday: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

NITC Fees: Everyone will be required to sign-up or renew their membership for the North Iowa Touring Club for 2010. All current NITC memberships expire Dec 31, 2009: Single $15 and Family $20

PREPAID NISPIN CARDS:

There will be at least 60 sessions offered this year (Not counting the extra Holiday sessions normally added). There is a chance that construction will begin on this building and new location will be announced.

Full Season Pass = $100: A Great Value - Trainer not included

10 Punch Card without Trainer = 10 sessions for $30

10 Punch Card with Trainer = 10 sessions for $60

Juniors (under 18 years old) = Free for NISPIN Members

Trial passes = $5.00 per session. Bikes must be removed nightly for trial passes

Trainer rentals = $3.00 per session

Rear wheel skewers = $10.00
