Swim Class information ---------Are you considering a triathlon this summer? The adult "swim for fitness" class I teach on Saturday mornings at the YMCA would be a great tune-up for your swim leg. I will be sure to cover some open water technique provided to me by the American Swim Coaches Association.
We start Saturday the 17th at the YMCA. 8-9am
You can still sign-up Thursday or Friday this week.

For the Bikers ------------
There are three
roads scheduled for resurfacing this summer and will make traveling north from Mason City a bit more difficult this summer , but they are much needed.
1. S56 North of B20 and into Plymouth. I was channeling Fabian Cancellara on this road last Saturday!
2. S28/N 8th St North of Clear Lake.
3. Correction: Eisenhower (Not Taft) from 12th Street to B20
